Behavioral Health professionals reflect on how to cope with life outside our comfort zone. As COVID-19 brings restriction and isolation to our daily lives, we are left scrambling to find new ways to work, play, and relate to each other. Keene State Journalism professor Julio DelSesto used remote technology to bring us insights from psychologists, academics, and therapists who offer insight and possible solutions to this new way of living.
